The company is very reliable and always turns up as agreed. The service they provide is excellent, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They are also very responsive to feedback. If there is anything you're not completely happy with, they are happy to make changes to the arrangement or correct any work promptly. It's clear they care about providing a high standard of service and ensuring their customers are satisfied.

We started using Magic Broom last year after having several issues with previous cleaning companies, and the difference has been night and day. They kicked things off with a deep clean and have handled our daily office cleaning in the City Center ever since.

What really sets them apart is their consistency. Even when our regular cleaner is on holiday, they provide a trained team member who follows our specific checklist and requirements perfectly. We are very pleased with the service and highly recommend them if you’re looking for a reliable change.

We have been using Magic Broom for our office cleaning and could not be more pleased with the service. What we particularly value is the trust we have in their cleaners — it gives us complete peace of mind knowing our workplace is in safe hands.

Another aspect that stands out is their reliability. On the rare occasion that a cleaner is unwell or faced with an emergency, Magic Broom always ensures a solution is found promptly so that our service is never disrupted. This level of commitment is truly appreciated.

The quality of their work is consistently excellent, and our offices are always left spotless. We are very happy with the service provided and would highly recommend Magic Broom to any business looking for a professional and dependable cleaning company.
