Do I need experience?
No. Plenty of our team started with none. If you are reliable, notice detail and turn up when you say you will, we will train you on everything else: the products, the equipment and the standard we work to.
What hours would I work?
Most commercial cleaning in Bristol happens either early morning before offices open or from late afternoon once staff have gone home. We work around your availability, whether that is a few shifts a week or full-time hours.
Where would I be working?
Across Bristol and the surrounding area: offices, gyms and commercial buildings. We try to keep you on the same sites so you get to know the building and the people in it.
How do I get paid?
You can join us employed at £12.60 an hour or self-employed at £14.75 an hour. We are a Living Wage Foundation accredited employer, which means our pay rates are checked independently, not just promised.
What happens after I apply?
We look at your application, then invite you to a short online interview. If that goes well we check your references and right to work, and arrange a first shift on site with a supervisor alongside you.
Is there room to progress?
Yes. Our supervisors came up through the team. If you want more responsibility, we would rather promote somebody who already knows how we work than hire a stranger.
